Guidant Global ranked top talent solutions provider for D&I capability

We’re delighted to have been ranked as the top EMEA talent solutions provider for diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the TALiNT Partners Talent Solutions Power List 2021/22.

Comparing the effectiveness of our client services to those of our peers, TALiNT Partners ranked us first for our D&I capabilities, an area it said had seen ‘the development of best practice and innovative thinking… which has gained value as DE&I has become more
strategically important to employers.’

TALiNT Partners also ranked us first for employment flexibility in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, and second in a further three categories:

• Candidate experience
• Retention and internal mobility
• Onboarding.

Assessing our overall operational focus within the EMEA region, TALiNT Partners characterised us as a ‘Pacesetter’ with a focus on providing ‘best in class’ solutions.

This recognition builds on our success at the TALiNT Partners TIARA Talent Solutions Awards Europe 2021, when we were named winners of the Best Use of Technology award.
