Karina leads a 200-strong team, responsible for the delivery and growth of Guidant’s MSP/RPO business across the EMEA region. Karina is a member of the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) executive committee and has twice been recognized in the SIA Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.

Mary leads Guidant’s EMEA Sales team. Specializing in strategic leadership, solution design, stakeholder management and best-practice innovation across complex outsourced recruitment models, Mary has been supporting clients in the recruitment sector for over 12 years.

Joanna Fagbadegun is Enterprise Sales Director, and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Joanna oversees enterprise-level sales, commercials and solutions for Guidant Global across the UK & Europe. Her expertise in both understanding and translating client needs has delivered outstanding value to a wide portfolio of multi-territory customers during her 20-year + workforce solutions career. 

Robin is responsible for leading new client relationships for North America. With each client’s specific challenges and goals in mind, Robin is trusted by our clients to help strategize and design external workforce programs to deliver talent in a better way.

Sara leads Client Relationship Management for North America. With decades of experience in the staffing industry, in 2020 Sara was named on the SIA 40 under 40 list which places a spotlight on the next generation of staffing leaders.

Pam leads Guidant’s exploration of how automation, blockchain and other technologies can build upon the existing framework of managed services and recruitment delivery. Pam and her team were instrumental in Guidant winning the Best Use of Technology award at the TIARA Talent Solutions Awards.

Mark provides strategy and direction for our North American operations, to improve client satisfaction and add consultative value. Mark serves as an executive client representative and escalation point and ensures we fulfil our promises to stakeholders.

Marie spearheads Client Relationship Management for contingent labor and SOW programs on a global scale.  With over two decades of experience within MSP, VMS, and Procurement, Marie has a solid track record of advancing talent management solutions while ensuring client satisfaction.  Marie was named a ‘Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Influencer’ for 2023 by Staffing Industry Analysts.   

Kelly-Ann drives the strategic vision of Guidant Global to ensure customer delivery, maximise growth and manage the overall success of our customers in Asia Pacific. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning managed services and talent delivery, she is passionate about supporting her team and customers to achieve their goals. 

Romain is driven by excellence and building meaninful customer relationships in order to solve the unique challenges of each business. He focuses on delivering innovative recruitment and HR solutions, striving to improve productivity and workflow while reducing cost for our customers in the Asia Pacific region. 

With 18 years in the recruitment and Managed Service Provider industry, Michael brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition and workforce solutions. Passionate about technology and talent, Michael thrives in dynamic environments, leveraging a deep understanding of the MSP landscape to drive successful outcomes for both clients and candidates in Australia.

Shaun leads Client Services Solutions in Australia with extensive knowledge of managed services, recruitment and HR industries across public and private sectors. Over the last 10 years Shaun has built teams which supply contingent labour to the NSW public sector. He brings this experience to providing customised solutions to customers.
