Multiple Guidant Global leaders recognised as influencers in the global talent marketplace by Staffing Industry Analysts

We’re delighted that four Guidant Global leadership team members have been included in Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) lists of recognition for 2020!

SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing 2020

Three Guidant Global female leaders have been included in SIA's Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing 2020 list: Karina Townley – Managing Director EMEA, Alexa Bradbury – Global Marketing Director and Pam Beard –SVP Technology & Project Management.

We would also like to congratulate fellow Impellam Group leaders, Claire Marsh – CEO of Global Technology Portfolio & North America Corporate of Lorien and Julia Robertson – CEO of Impellam Group, for their inclusion on this prestigious list.

In its sixth year, the list highlights 100 women from the Americas and 50 globally who have made significant contributions to the success of their companies and the ecosystem.

“As we grapple with a pandemic that has disproportionately impacted women and minorities, these women in our industry are working to stop the dramatic backslide on workplace equality COVID-19 has wrought,” wrote Subadhra Sriram, Editor and Publisher – Media Products at SIA. “Our honorees are building new companies, products, divisions and creating a future of work where women and men can thrive.”

In addition to this, SIA has also unveiled its 2020 Staffing 100 Europe list and named Guidant CEO Simon Blockley as a standout leader.

The Staffing 100 Europe list is not a ranking but rather a way to celebrate a set of individuals whose accomplishments, dedication and drive are making a difference to work today, and to what work will look like in the future. Now it in its seventh year, the list is based on the impact and influence individuals have had on the workforce solutions ecosystem over the past twelve months.
