Adam Little appointed VP of Client Solutions, North American Mid-west market
Returning to Guidant Global, Adam will be responsible for building relationships with enterprise buyers, (Talent Acquisition, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement) leaders and designing solutions to assist them with meeting their goals and overcoming challenges in the Contingent Labour, HR, IT, and Professional Services spend categories.
Adam’s role with Guidant Global holds strong associate connections with his personal experience in the Army National Guard. Commenting on his role as a Military Intelligence Officer (with the 176th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion) Adam felt an instant alignment between both personal and professional life roles:

Adam re-joins Guidant Global with 18 years industry experience within contingent workforce management in a variation of industries such as Automotive, Technology, Manufacturing, Health Care and Finance. This includes leadership roles where he held responsibility and oversight of both client programs and internal talent acquisition teams.
Adam expressed his return to Guidant Global as “refreshing” and feels “energized to support existing and new clients once again”. We are delighted to welcome Adam back - he is a credit to our team, our clients and Impellam as an organization.
