Guidant Global makes key senior executive appointment in North America

Sara Gordon appointed SVP of Client Relationship Management for Guidant Global, North America.

Guidant Global, part of Impellam Group, has appointed Sara Gordon to lead Client Relationship Management across its established North American Managed Services, Statement of Work and Recruitment Process Outsourcing business.

As SVP of Client Relationship Management, and member of the Guidant Global senior leadership team, Gordon will assume responsibility for driving customer success and delight, leading the client services team responsible for solution delivery and enhancing program performance, both now and in the future.

Gordon joins Guidant Global with 18 years’ staffing and outsourced recruitment industry experience, including leadership roles at Robert Half Talent Solutions and Adecco, where she was responsible for executive client strategy and overseeing an extensive portfolio of customer programs.

In 2020 Sara was named on the SIA ‘40 under 40’ list which places a spotlight on the next generation of staffing leaders.
