We have long since been the MSP partner of choice for our suppliers but following a period of change in both Guidant Global and the job market, we have revamped our strategic partner programme. The key goal of this is to further embed our core values with those of the partners that we work with and provide our clients with access to the best quality candidates in the shortest possible period by working with these partners. Our partners share our ED&I values, with initiatives to promote inclusivity, diversity, and equality.

There was a full RFP process in establishing these partnerships involving key internal departments, where potential partners were invited to share their strengths, specialties, and ED&I initiatives.
